This is a delegation from the Communist Party of Britain. Currently the largest Communist party active in Britain. It looks a bit small but to be fair some members formed their own local branch delegations and a lot of them where giving out copies of the Morning Star a Socialist Daily that the CPB are heavily linked too.

If I saw that here... I'd be overjoyed. And it's too bad that no-one tries to pick out the bad sections of it and learn from previous mistakes.

To be honest the CPB isn't very big, in fact none of the "old Communist" parties in Britain are very big. Though since all of them are stuck very much in the Cold War past it isn't very surprising. The CPB do run a decent (I have a few complaints) Newspaper the Morning Star [link] which has a circulation outside of the party and is at least broad based in terms of opinion of reporters.

ALL THE PRET A MANGERS IN TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD MAKE ME LOL there's one every 50ft.
Also the CPB (bless 'em) are tiny and there are several bigger Marxist parties in the UK, but the Morning Star has the highest circulation of any socialist paper this side of the Soviet Union
